Rio 2016 Olympics Studio

The 2016 Summer Olympics, commonly known as Rio 2016, was a major international multi-sport event celebrated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5 to 21 August 2016.

These were the first Summer Olympic Games under the International Olympic Committee (IOC) presidency of Thomas Bach. The host city Rio de Janeiro was announced at the 121st IOC Session in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 2 October 2009. Rio became the first South American city to ever host the Olympic Games. These were the first games to be held in a Portuguese-speaking country, the first to be held entirely in the host country's winter, the first since 1968 to be held in Latin America, and the first since 2000 to be held in the Southern Hemisphere.

INFiLED S1.8 features Black LEDs, which provide a superior HD image with high contrast, deep blacks and vibrant colours. The sleek slim line design with advanced ventilation doesn’t require any fans for cooling, making the screen perfect for the delicate installations like TV studios, where noise levels are crucial.

The Rio 2016 Olympics Studio screen consists of 80 panels in 16 x 5 configuration, making it almost 7.5m long and 2.3m high. With the native resolution of over 4,000pixels horizontally and 1,280 pixels vertically, it features the impressive 5.2 million pixels
